All of our Gold Jewellery pieces are hallmarked by the UK Assay Office in line with UK regulations. As well as all of our Silver jewellery, over a certain weight.
You can read about the UK Hallmark system here: https://www.assayofficelondon.co.uk/hallmarking/what-is-a-hallmark
Our products are made in our workshops in London and Jaipur. All of our bespoke pieces are made in London.
Our gemstones are sourced from all over the world, but we particularly like Kashmiri Sapphires, Colombian and Brazilian Emeralds and Sri Lankan Aquamarines. Due to the political conflicts and trade embargos in Myanmar most of our Rubies now come from Mozambique or Thailand. If we are sourcing a rare Diamond we will look to find it in New York, Antwerp, Israel and South Africa.
We buy our Silver, Gold and Platinum in London. We can also supply recycled Gold.

Caring for your Jewellery
Yes, we can spruce up your old jewellery. This is usually priced at £50 per piece, unless the piece is more delicate and complicated in which a quote will be provided.
Jewellery should be washed only with warm water, a baby toothbrush and a small amount of washing up liquid. For any more serious cleaning issues, do come and see us in store for guidance.
The fastest we have ever made an engagement ring is 24 hours! However, normally we say to allow 2-3 weeks for the design process and then 4-6 weeks after the design is confirmed.
If you have any old jewellery sitting in a safe or in a drawer that you'll never use, we'd be delighted to recycle and redesign the piece to make something much more suited to you!
